Each of my pregnancies was a unique adventure, and the journey of raising my kids taught me that achieving peace, resilience, and fulfillment while continuing to lead with purpose is not only possible, it’s transformational.


I discovered that mindfulness techniques were key to identifying thought patterns that undermined my confidence and replacing them with perspectives that served both my professional and parenting roles.
My journey inspired me to establish Yogamazia®, a maternal and parenting wellness education hub that has supported over 700 women and families, rooted in yoga philosophy and providing strategic preparation and holistic support.
